I personally like the heavier work shorts with a lot of pockets. Couldn't have made these any cheaper. comfortable (soft & good fit), reasonably sturdy, decent style. i felt comfortable hiking in rainforest, going out to lunch, wearing casually... nice big pockets too. for me, fits around the waist better with a belt would buy again. Another great Carhardt product, my 2nd pair, no regrets. Sized properly. Price is well worth it. Combined it with Carhardt Detroiter belt for a good look.
